Everything accounting, your tax advisor, or the legal team typically wants to know — right here, without fine print.

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly subscriptions end with the current billing period; annual subscriptions end at the close of the annual term. No cancellation hurdles, no minimum term beyond the interval you booked.
What happens on the free plan if I exceed the Quota?
Nothing bad. The Quota is a hard cap — further Reviews are simply not possible on the free plan until the next month. We never bill you extra unless you actively upgrade.
How is VAT calculated?
All displayed prices are net (excl. VAT). Consumers pay their country’s VAT on top (Austria 20%, Germany 19%, Switzerland 8.1%). B2B customers in other EU countries with a valid VAT ID receive a reverse-charge invoice without VAT.
Annual or monthly — how big is the discount?
With annual billing, effectively about a 17% discount — two months included. The annual subscription is a twelve-month commitment; after that it renews yearly, with cancellation at the end of each term.
Can I switch between plans?
Yes. An upgrade takes effect immediately and is billed pro rata. A downgrade takes effect with the next billing period — you keep the Quota you already booked until then.
Where is my data stored?
In the EU by default — our hosting environment is in Austria and Germany, GDPR- and Austrian DSG-compliant. Enterprise customers can arrange custom hosting in a dedicated instance or an on-premises deployment. Details in the enterprise call.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Essential and Pro: credit card (VISA/Mastercard) and SEPA direct debit. Business: additionally, payment by invoice. Enterprise: invoice against purchase order, annual billing, individual payment terms negotiable.
What happens when I use up the free plan?
Your account pauses after the last Review of the month. NOTHING is booked or switched automatically. You actively decide whether to move to Essential/Pro/Business or wait until the next month. No auto-upgrade, no credit card on file without your consent.
What happens to my data after I cancel?
A 30-day data export window via CSV/PDF. After 30 days, all account data is deleted in line with the GDPR (technical and organizational deletion under Art. 17). Invoice data is retained for 7 years under Austrian retention law.
Is there a data processing agreement (DPA)?
Yes. For Business and Enterprise: an individually negotiable DPA, available as a PDF on request. For Essential and Pro: a standard DPA is integrated into the terms of service. A list of subprocessors (LLM providers, hosting) is available on request.
Where can I download past invoices?
In your account area under “Invoices,” as PDFs. The last 24 months are available at any time. Every invoice includes the VAT breakdown, VAT ID, and reverse-charge note (for EU B2B with a valid VAT ID).
How much notice do you give before a price increase?
At least 60 days, in writing by email. Active annual subscriptions keep their existing price until the end of the term. Monthly customers can cancel before the change takes effect.

What synthetic personas can do

About 20 minutes from upload to finished PDF. A breadth of perspectives across two to twelve Personas per Review — with no fixed limit on the Enterprise plan (fair use). Reproducible Scores: same configuration, comparable results. And all of it at a fraction of the cost of a traditional panel.

What they cannot do

Replace real users with real willingness to pay. Capture extreme reactions at their full magnitude — synthetic responses tend toward the middle (Nielsen Norman Group, 2025). Fully represent highly specific niche subcultures.

Where they are ideal

A first validation pass before real research. Copy testing. A/B hypotheses before launch. Pitch preparation with multiple voices. A reality check on your landing page, ad, or email — before the budget goes out.

What happens at the limit

When you reach the monthly limit, your account pauses for the rest of the month. Nothing is topped up or switched automatically. You upgrade actively when you need more.
