Radical Personas does not publish separate general terms and conditions on this website. The specific terms of use for the software (plan scope, billing, term, cancellation) are transparently presented and actively accepted during the order process within the application.

For Enterprise and custom contracts, the terms individually agreed in writing between Radical Innovators GmbH and the respective client apply.
