The General Terms and Conditions (Terms of Use) of Radical Personas GmbH apply in the version of 9 September 2026. They are published in full inside the application, where they can be accessed at any time and saved as PDF. They are accepted together with the Data Processing Agreement during registration and checkout. The document is provided in German; the German wording is legally binding.

For Enterprise and custom contracts, the terms individually agreed in writing between Radical Personas GmbH and the respective client apply.
